Registration

  • At the time of opening the account

MPIN Generation

Once you have registered with the Bank for Mobile Banking, click on “New Registration” in the pre-login screen of the Mobile Banking Application. Fill the required details; enter the OTP sent to your mobile number registered with the Bank and authenticate through your debit card to generate your MPIN.

Change MPIN

To change your MPIN, login to the Mobile Banking Application with your current MPIN and click on “Change MPIN” in the “Settings” tab located in the vertical menu.

Forgot MPIN

If you forget your MPIN, click “Forgot MPIN” in the pre-login screen of the Mobile Banking Application. Fill the required details; enter the OTP sent to your mobile number registered with the Bank and authenticate through your debit card or answer security questions* to reset your MPIN.
